I am trained in the Gottman Method and I also have training in Solution Focused, Narrative, Bowen Family Systems, and MRI therapeutic models. Additionally, you will always find me exploring additional trainings and expanding my skill sets. My training, my drive to keep learning, and my experience combined, afford me the ability to work with people in relationship with one another from a variety of perspectives.
